Creatine is no longer some obscure bodybuilding supplement. Pregnancy

Pregnancy is different. There is interesting research into Creatine during pregnancy, but there isn’t enough human evidence to establish a standard supplementation dose. Mega-dosing

Creatine loading traditionally means around 20g per day, I would divide that into 2 doses, for 7 days, followed by the gram amount for you recommend above daily. Higher experimental doses have also been studied, you could totally try out 30g but more is not necessarily better and larger doses can increase digestive problems. I would keep Marine Plasma at a max of 50ml daily, it’s powerful, you’d be wasting your money taking more.
