This Guide has been in the pipeline a long time, actually it’s been a draft email in my gmail since about 2011. Loads added over the years, it was epic. In the end I’ve halved or more the content of it. Because if you looked at all the ideas hacks and old folk remedies it had in it you wouldn’t even get started. Don’t worry though I don’t delete my original notes when I finally consolidate the info into a Guide.

Also I wanted to say i’ve spent so much time on Guides and when I’ve showed people in store, they generally skip over everything and look to what to take and how much to take. Totally fair enough but it’s made me decide to shorten the descriptions and leave the extended research to those who want to know to do themselves. That way I can focus on writing more Guides and maybe one day I’ll come back and extend these more. I want to make this really clear, you don’t need to do everything here, the protocol at the end is for the serious health renegade. You can get parasites out alone still by using one thing, like DE with some fasting and exercise. It will still be very effective, or the simple Wormwood, GBW, Cloves protocol.

Also you may look and think oh he hasn’t mentioned such and such, I fully acknowledge there are other powerful Para Cleansers, however my goal is for you to do this, understand it and feel confident you can see it through, m not get overwhelmed or over loaded. Again you may think I am just recommending what we have, its back to front, I have got in and put on the website the things I recommend, we recently got Wormwood finally from a source I was happy with in before I could release this article. We have the stuff we have because it’s the best stuff for the job. I will at the end list some of the others should you wish to research them further. Parasitic infection is bloody serious, it can happen far too easily, mild and severe so excuse the waffling. Let’s get to it I usually start with foods, and basics then I’ll get onto the seriously powerful health renegade stuff. If you’ve been following me at all you’ll know I hate fluff, and toe dipping info thats safe and lovely for someone who’s just discovered sugar might be bad for them. This is for you the awakened and awakening, you know what’s going on in the world, I know, we are the resistance and the solution. So let’s get free of parasite then free the world from the parasites interwoven in the NGOs most of the Governments and, I better get back to the point. Let’s end parasitic infection fast.

Foods & Drinks to Avoid

Foods & Drinks to Avoid

The human intestinal tract is the primary battleground in the war against parasitic infection. Parasites — from helminths to protozoa — are opportunists, thriving in internal environments that are compromised, inflamed, or nutritionally imbalanced. A critical but often underestimated factor in eradicating these organisms is diet. For those undertaking a serious anti-parasite protocol, the avoidance of certain food categories is not optional. It is foundational. This is not a matter of reducing “junk food” intake — it is a strategic elimination of substrates that sustain parasitic load, feed systemic fungal overgrowth, and compromise immunological control. Also obvious one, no point in a section, avoid tap water.

Refined Sugars & Simple Carbohydrates

The primary offenders: white sugar, high-fructose corn syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, dextrose, maltodextrin, agave syrup, sweetened beverages, cakes, biscuits, commercial bread. Parasites, particularly protozoa and intestinal worms, flourish in a glucose-rich environment. High-glycaemic carbohydrates spike blood sugar, creating a metabolic state that favours parasitic proliferation and weakens host immunity. Moreover, sugar dysregulates insulin and encourages systemic fungal overgrowth — particularly Candida albicans — which is commonly symbiotic with parasitic infection. Even so-called ‘natural’ sugars (e.g., honey, maple syrup, agave) are contraindicated during a strict anti-parasitic phase. While raw honey may have antimicrobial properties, its sugar content is sufficient to compromise an otherwise rigorous protocol. Now don’t get me wrong Honey and Maple Syrup have great health benefits, use them correctly and avoid during this protocol. Sugars create a biofilm-supportive terrain, feed flagellated parasites (e.g., Giardia), and impair neutrophil and macrophage function. Parasites utilise glucose directly for their energy metabolism, particularly through anaerobic glycolysis.

Raw Fish & Undercooked Meats

Sorry for this, I love Japanese food so much, but not during this program and well, I just hate to be the barer of bad news, but sushi, sashimi, carpaccio, rare beef, pork, and poultry all not good in this plan. These are well-known vectors of parasitic transmission. Raw and undercooked animal products may harbour a range of zoonotic parasites, including tapeworms, nematodes, and protozoa. Live larvae or cysts can survive the gastric barrier and establish infection in the small intestine or beyond. Immune suppression or dysbiosis increases the likelihood of colonisation.

Industrial Seed Oils

Do you really need to be told to avoid seed oils anymore? you know what they are by now… soybean oil, corn oil, sunflower oil, canola oil, cottonseed oil, safflower oil and others, avoid them. These oils are rich in omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, which, when consumed in excess and outside of the protective matrix of whole foods, are highly pro-inflammatory. Chronic inflammation weakens the mucosal immune system and alters the microbiome in a manner that facilitates parasitic colonisation. Moreover, most industrial oils are rancid due to oxidation and may contain trans fats, both of which impair cellular function and immune resilience. Excessive omega-6 fatty acids disrupt the arachidonic acid cascade, driving cytokine imbalance (e.g., IL-6, TNF-α), weakening epithelial barrier function, and impairing the enzymatic processes that facilitate parasite clearance. I can’t think of any reason to have these in your diet. Read labels, avoid.

Grains (Especially Gluten-Containing & Refined)

A bit controversial this one but I suggest you cut out wheat, barley, rye, corn, white rice, instant oats, breakfast cereals. Grains, particularly those containing gluten, are mucogenic, inflammatory, and often contaminated with mycotoxins. Gluten disrupts tight junction integrity within the intestinal epithelium and can modulate immune responses toward a Th2-dominant profile, which is less effective at eliminating intracellular parasites. Refined grains also behave like sugars in the body, providing a rapid source of fermentable carbohydrates. Corn, in particular, is frequently genetically modified and loaded with glyphosate residues, a known disruptor of gut flora. Gliadin (a gluten protein) increases zonulin release, compromising the intestinal barrier and enabling parasitic translocation across the mucosa. Mycotoxins in grains (e.g., aflatoxin) are immunosuppressive and hepatotoxic, further reducing the host’s ability to clear parasitic burdens. I don’t eat these and you shouldn’t during this cleanse. Maybe not ever, you decide that.

Processed & Cured Meats

The clue to why these are so bad is the first word… Processed, nothing good is going to come from any food thats processed. The worst offenders standard bacon, typical low quality sausage, salami, ham, deli meats, smoked fish. You can find decent bacon and sausages. Invest in yourself because those products are not only frequently contaminated with nitrates, nitrites, and other preservatives, but may also serve as direct vectors of parasitic organisms, particularly undercooked or improperly stored meats (Trichinella spiralis, Toxoplasma gondii, Taenia spp.). Processed meats suppress immune function via chemical preservatives and are often rich in advanced glycation end products (AGEs), which are both pro-inflammatory and deleterious to gut integrity. If you eat meat, go for high quality trusted sources.

Poor Quality Dairy Products (Particularly Pasteurised & Cow-Derived)

Low quality pasteurised milk, cream, cheese, ice cream, yoghurt with added sugars or thickeners all pretty bad. Casein and lactose present dual problems in the anti-parasite context. Casein, a milk protein, has been shown to promote mucous formation, particularly in the gut and respiratory tract, providing both physical and biochemical shelter for parasites. Lactose, a disaccharide sugar, feeds both parasites and commensal fungal pathogens, while also contributing to gut inflammation in lactase-deficient individuals, a common issue in chronically parasitised populations. Cow dairy enhances intestinal permeability (‘leaky gut’), promoting a pro-inflammatory milieu that weakens host defences and encourages parasitic ingress and persistence. Additionally, bovine growth hormones and antibiotic residues in commercial dairy further dysregulate gut flora and immune surveillance. Raw Milk, Raw Butter, Raw Cheese are good and in moderation during the program. Vegans it will be an easy run avowing them all completely.

Fermented Foods (During Acute Phase)

I don’t want to mention this one but it has to be said, bear with me to the end of this part. While fermented foods such as sauerkraut and kefir are often heralded for gut health, they are contraindicated during the acute anti-parasitic phase, particularly in individuals with significant fungal overgrowth or histamine intolerance. These foods may exacerbate symptoms by introducing histamines, feeding fungal organisms, or disrupting the redox balance in already-inflamed systems. I would avoid them during the protocol completely then once die-off symptoms stabilise and fungal overgrowth is controlled. Introduce gradually.

Alcohol

Beer, wine, spirits, fermented alcoholic beverages should be avoided while you follow this program. Alcohol compromises liver function, impairs detoxification, and feeds systemic candida and parasitic biofilms. Ethanol metabolism generates acetaldehyde — a toxic intermediate that burdens the liver and further reduces the body’s ability to excrete parasite die-off byproducts. It disrupts gut microbiota, increases gut permeability, reduces secretory IgA, and directly suppresses T-cell mediated immunity. We all want to live and have fun, just moderation after you have cleared out the unwanted guests inside you that haven’t been invited and invite some cool ones round your house to celebrate after these ones have left. Or better go out and meet them for a drink, you could drink Absinthium as that will make sure they never come back, more on that later, well it’s made from Wormwood.

Supportive Food & Drinks

Supportive Food & Drinks

I know, no one sits down for a plate pineapple and pumpkin seeds with garlic on top. These are just things to add, your diet should be clean, organic whole foods. If you’re vegan, vegetarian still avoid the grains, you’d be better off with potatoes, beans and legumes. For others Keto or short term during diet carnivore would be a great idea, I don’t recommend that diet for life, our body likes change and challenges to keep it strong and on its toes. Anyway it’s more important what you avoid. As a rule I avoid any opinions on what one should eat and all the diets of the world, been doing this since 2003 and just can’t hear any more advice on what people should eat. It’s your path, find what works for you. But again… do avoid that stuff in the avoid list, especially during this detox phase.

Raw Garlic

Allicin, the active compound in crushed garlic, possesses broad-spectrum antimicrobial, antifungal, and antiparasitic properties. It disrupts quorum sensing in microbial communities, inhibits the energy metabolism of protozoa and helminths, and reduces the viability of parasitic ova. So eat 1–3 crushed raw cloves daily. Let sit for 10 minutes after crushing to allow enzymatic conversion to allicin before swallowing. Best taken on an empty stomach, optionally with olive oil.

Pumpkin Seeds

One of my favourite snacks, they contain cucurbitacin, a unique amino acid that paralyses intestinal worms, particularly tapeworms and roundworms, impairing their grip on intestinal walls and allowing them to be flushed out during peristalsis. Also rich in zinc, which supports immune activation against parasites. I suggest in the program you consume ½ to 1 cup raw, hulled seeds per day, ideally ground to increase surface contact. Effective when combined with a natural laxative like senna or castor oil after several hours.

Papaya Seeds

I’ve personally never tried these because oh yeah there’s the Papaya Seeds in the supermarket. But you might like to find them as they contain benzyl isothiocyanate, which has shown larvicidal and ovicidal properties. Papaya seeds also exhibit proteolytic enzyme activity (papain), degrading parasite cuticles and interfering with their digestion of host tissues. Chew or crush 1–2 teaspoons of raw seeds, ideally with raw honey or in a smoothie. Best cycled for 7 days on, 7 days off to interrupt reproductive cycles apparently. I have had Thai Papaya Salad which has a few in, if only they don’t add sugar and MSG that cuisine is so amazing.

Pineapple, Papaya Flesh & Pomegranate Peel

Good to have a couple of fruits in this right and Bromelain (from pineapple) and papain (from papaya) are powerful proteolytic enzymes that digest protein membranes — including those of parasite eggs and larval casings. They can disrupt biofilms and increase permeability of parasitic cell walls, potentiating the effect of other anti-parasitic compounds. Eat fresh, never canned, you know this. They’re also best consumed away from other proteins to allow the enzymes to target parasites rather than dietary protein. The Pomegranate Peel is rich in punicalagin and ellagic acid, both potent anti-parasitic compounds that exhibit ovicidal and larvicidal activity. Pomegranate tannins also bind to parasitic proteins and disrupt biofilm. Again I must tell you I have not tried this one but I would. If you want to, you must simmer dried peel in water to make tea, or take in capsule form. Not commonly available fresh, but worth sourcing for inclusion in advanced protocols.

Raw Carrots & Beets

The fibrous matrix and polyphenols in raw carrots and beets mechanically dislodge parasites and biofilm material. Beets also support liver detoxification via betaine, aiding in the breakdown of parasite die-off byproducts. Daily inclusion in fresh, grated salads or juices, ideally on an empty stomach with lemon juice to enhance effect.

Bitter Greens & Mixed Herbs

By these I’m talking about things like Dandelion greens, rocket (arugula), mustard greens, chicory, andrographis and the classic neem. They contain bitter compounds that stimulate bile flow and digestive secretions. Bile is anti-parasitic in its own right, disrupting the lipid membranes of protozoa and helminths. Increased bile also supports liver detox, essential for clearing parasite toxins. During the protocol you could add a mix of these daily before meals as raw salads.

Ancient Purity Products

Drinking Water & Teas to Clear House

I’ll start with the obvious tool in this, water. Because parasite elimination produces metabolic waste and debris, you need to flush them out. Without adequate fluid and lymphatic movement, die-off symptoms (Herxheimer reactions) become severe. Structured Water is top for me as it enhances cellular hydration and facilitates detoxification. But I can’t do that alone, I filter mine first, maybe it’s just in my head but I have to go all out on water. I personally use Gravity Filtered then I put that in a Sacred Geometry Carafe to structure and bring life to it. Now I haven’t tried this but I think more and more that next time Distilled Water. Distilled Water is definitely not an anti-parasitic agent but it helps flush these by-products through urine and sweat more effectively, especially if used in combination with binders like activated charcoal or Bentonite Clay. But I am not going to say you need Distilled Water, the teas I’ll mention are more important, you can mix through them for variation, I’m keeping Wormwood Tea separate as it is way more vital than the odd cup.

Botanical Teas to Help Eliminate Parasites

Among the most effective and accessible forms of these botanical interventions are anti-parasitic herbal teas. They allow for the controlled extraction of active compounds via hot water but also ensures gradual systemic absorption with fewer detoxification spikes. Below I’ll give a detailed exploration of some of the most potent parasitic antagonists in tea form, focusing on their biochemical mechanisms, traditional use, and optimal application strategies.

Pau d’Arco: Indigenous to the Amazon, Pau d’Arco has been used by South American tribes for centuries for infections and chronic inflammation. It contains lapachol and beta-lapachone naphthoquinones with proven anti-parasitic, antifungal, antiviral, and antibacterial effects. These compounds disrupt ATP synthesis in parasite mitochondria and suppress their reproductive cycles. It is especially useful against protozoa (e.g., Giardia, Entamoeba histolytica) and fungal co-infections (e.g., Candida) that often shield parasites in polymicrobial biofilms.

Simmer bark in hot water (not a simple infusion) for 15–20 minutes to extract active compounds. Drink 1–2 cups daily, preferably away from meals. Take a break for a couple of weeks after a month. Don’t bother buying tea bags get the loose bark we have, from us or anywhere reputable.

Cat’s Claw: Used by Amazonian shamans for spiritual cleansing and as a treatment for gastrointestinal disorders. It contains pentacyclic oxindole alkaloids that stimulate phagocytic activity in macrophages. Enhances immune detection and clearance of parasitic infections, while also reducing systemic inflammation. Cat’s Claw is effective against intestinal parasites and biofilm-forming microbes, especially where immune exhaustion is a factor.

Steep for 10–15 minutes in boiling water. Avoid long-term use in individuals with autoimmune conditions unless guided by a practitioner. Always cycle like I recommended on Pau D’arco.

Barberry Root: Persian and European folk medicine used barberry for jaundice, liver congestion, and gut infections. Barberry has got Berberine in it, which I’ll go into detail as a supplement later but you can go the tea route. Berberine is a potent alkaloid with anti-protozoal and antibacterial activity. Berberine disrupts DNA synthesis in parasites, enhances bile flow, and increases tight junction integrity in the gut lining. Barberry is useful against Entamoeba, Giardia, Blastocystis hominis, and Candida. Also excellent for liver support during detox.

Brew root bark for 10 minutes in boiling water. Use in cycles to avoid overloading liver detox pathways.

Goldenseal: North American indigenous remedy for infectious disease, gastrointestinal distress, and mucosal inflammation. Like barberry, it contains berberine, but also hydrastine, enhancing its antimicrobial spectrum. It strengthens mucosal immunity and directly inhibits parasitic replication cycles. Works well in synergy with wormwood and clove. Should not be used during pregnancy.

Brew the dried root in hot water. Extremely bitter, I mean a 10 on the yuck scale, best consumed with lemon or ginger to support palatability and bile stimulation.

Neem Leaf: Foundational herb in Ayurvedic parasite protocols for over 2,000 years. Azadirachtin and related limonoids inhibit parasite reproductive capacity, larval development, and disrupt microbial biofilms. Also helps modulate blood sugar and inflammation, which are often secondary issues in parasitic states. Neem works well for protozoa and systemic yeast overgrowth.

Steep dried neem leaves in boiling water for 5–10 minutes. Very bitter. Cycle to avoid liver enzyme adaptation. Are you getting the idea here to cycle all these.

Andrographis: Known as “King of Bitters” in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, used for febrile diseases, dysentery, and parasitic disorders. Andrographolide modulates cytokine expression, enhances NK cell activity, and induces apoptosis in infected cells. Also has strong antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects. Effective for systemic parasitic symptoms and post-parasitic fatigue syndrome.

Infuse dried leaves or take as a decoction. Also available in tincture form for higher potency.

Steeped in Strategy… Usage Guidelines for all the Teas

There was a lot of teas there and I didn’t cover Wormwood as Tea yet. I feel like I’ve bombarded you a bit and then considered taking some out. I’m leaving them in, it’s up to you which one you like to try. But really avoid taking the same tea continuously for months. Parasites adapt, they’re smart, they’ve run the world for a long time, hopefully the Great Awakening is happening now and we are entering the Golden Era. Anyway I digress, rotate the teas every 2–3 weeks. Try different ones, they’re supportive, they work, but this is a whole protocol. Use teas alongside binders like Chlorella, biofilm disruptors (e.g., proteolytic enzymes MSM, Oregano), and structured hydration. I’ll cover those supplements more later. Typically drink all these teas on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning or between meals. Use bitter teas 20–30 minutes before meals to stimulate bile.

Watch for Herxheimer reactions — headaches, fatigue, rashes, anxiety. These are not signs of toxicity from herbs, but from your body processing die-off waste. Support detox with sauna, enemas, magnesium, and rest. IMPORTANT: Pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, or those on immunosuppressants should not use these herbs without qualified supervision.

Herbal teas are not folk relics or soft substitutes for pharmaceuticals, when properly sourced, prepared, and sequenced, they are frontline weapons in parasitic terrain transformation. Unlike drugs, which target single mechanisms, herbs engage multiple pathways: immune priming, enzyme activation, gut barrier fortification, bile stimulation, and direct parasitic suppression. In a parasitic world that thrives on ignorance, convenience, and complacency, brewing these botanicals is a radical act of sovereignty.

Supplements / Oils / Herbs

Supplements / Oils / Herbs

Wow I’ve gone this far and now reached the biggest part, please don’t skip here, read the whole thing. Anyway targeted supplementation can play a significant role in supporting the body’s efforts to eliminate pathogens. Let me be clear first that by supplements, I’m really talking capsules, oils, herbs etc. So the following section outlines the most potent and evidence-backed “supplements” used in anti-parasitic protocols, including mechanisms of action, dosing strategies, and cautions.

Black Walnut Hull

Black walnut hull contains juglone, a compound with proven antimicrobial and antiparasitic properties. It is particularly effective against helminths (worms) and protozoa. Its mechanism involves disrupting the parasite’s metabolic function and impairing its cellular respiration. Keep it easy as oils will come, so I personally think take capsules. Don’t use long-term due to potential hepatotoxicity at high doses. Avoid in pregnancy.

  • Take 500mg twice daily.
  • Short-term use of 2–4 weeks in cycles is advised, especially when used with synergistic compounds.

Wormwood (Artemisia Absinthium)

One of the most studied antiparasitic herbs, Wormwood is one of the most potent herbal allies in parasite cleansing. Used for centuries in traditional medicine across Europe, wormwood exhibits strong anthelmintic (anti-parasitic) properties, making it effective in targeting intestinal worms and other gut-based parasites. It is particularly renowned for its action against roundworms, pinworms, and protozoa. The key bioactive compounds in wormwood include thujone, absinthin, and artemisinin-like terpenoids, which create a hostile environment for parasites by disrupting their nervous systems, inhibiting their ability to feed or reproduce. They also act by stimulating bile production, aiding in parasite expulsion and supporting liver detoxification, crucial during cleansing. Its bitter compounds also stimulate gastric juices, enhancing digestion and making the gut less hospitable to invaders. Using the herb as a tea is milder but suitable for gentle cleansing or maintenance. It stimulates bile, improves digestion, and weakens parasitic environments. Yes it has an awful bitter taste and yes lower potency than tinctures, however I feel it’s ideal being milder to mix with the other cleansing agents.

Tea

  • Start with ½ teaspoon per cup, once daily, for the first 3 days.
  • Increase to 1 teaspoon per cup, twice daily, from day 4 onwards.
  • Continue for 7 to 14 days, followed by a 7-day break, then repeat as necessary (maximum: 3 cycles
  • Drink on an empty stomach 30 mins before a meal / steep for 10 to 15 minutes in boiled water.

Cloves

Clove is rich in eugenol, which has demonstrated efficacy in killing parasitic eggs and larvae. Its inclusion in parasite protocols is vital for interrupting the life cycle of parasites. Often paired with Black Walnut and Wormwood to complete the lifecycle coverage. At least a gram of Cloves, eat Whole Chewable Cloves, I believe its best to do this as within this whole program you want to keep it varied and easy to do, but never lessening the potent effects. Use Cloves throughout a full cleansing protocol, often 4–6 weeks, with repeat cycles every few months. High amounts of Cloves and long duration use can irritate mucosal tissues and thin the blood.

Eat a few Cloves daily, can be spread across day.

Diatomaceous Earth (Food Grade)

Diatomaceous Earth (DE) is a fine, white powder made from the fossilised remains of microscopic aquatic organisms called diatoms. Rich in silica and containing razor-sharp edges at the microscopic level, food-grade Diatomaceous Earth offers a unique, mechanical method for removing parasites from the digestive tract. Once ingested, DE passes through the gastrointestinal system largely unchanged. Its abrasive nature allows it to scrape and shred parasitic organisms, including intestinal worms and protozoa, without harming human tissue. This action helps to physically eliminate parasites, their larvae, and eggs from the body, aiding in the cleansing and rebalancing of the gut environment. Do handle this carefully to avoid inhalation, which can irritate the lungs, don’t worry not dangerous just irritating.

Take 1–2 tablespoons daily mixed with pure water, on an empty stomach. Use for up to a 30-day cycle.

Turpentine Essential Oil

Over the years I recommended this the most, I used it successfully myself back in 2009. But it has long been used by others in folk medicine for centuries. Among its most controversial but increasingly discussed applications in modern holistic circles is its use for parasite cleansing, particularly following the protocol revived and popularised by Dr Jennifer Daniels, a medical doctor turned natural health advocate. Turpentine essential oil is distilled from the resin of pine trees, primarily Pinus palustris and Pinus elliottii. It’s important to note that this is not the industrial solvent sold in hardware shops, which is highly toxic. The correct form is 100% pure gum spirits of turpentine, steam-distilled from pine resin, a natural substance used historically as a remedy before the advent of pharmaceuticals. Turpentine exhibits strong antimicrobial, antifungal, and antiparasitic properties. Its traditional use has included treatments for intestinal worms, fungal infections, respiratory ailments, and systemic candida overgrowth. The oil acts systemically, penetrating tissues and biofilms where parasites may hide, and effectively disrupts their cellular integrity. The most commonly used protocol I give people on a budget wanting one thing is to…

Start with 1 teaspoon Turpentine over 1 to 3 teaspoons of white sugar (never artificial sweeteners or unrefined alternatives like honey or molasses). The sugar acts as bait, the parasites are attracted to it, which brings them out of hiding and into contact with the Turpentine. Then it kills them off, plus if you are doing any of the other things, they’re probably weak if alive and not so many of them. Anyway take this mixture on an empty stomach, at least several hours away from food. Many begin with just 1/4 teaspoon of turpentine to test tolerance and gradually build up to 1 teaspoon. It’s typically taken 2-4 times per week, depending on the individual’s health and response.

The sugar should be placed on a spoon or folded into the centre of a slice of white bread, with the turpentine poured on top. It is swallowed immediately, followed by water. Dr Daniels does not recommend chasing with oil or food, as that may dilute the effect or interfere with the sugar’s role in baiting parasites. It is thought to penetrate the mucus and biofilms that protect parasitic organisms within the gut and tissues. Once exposed, its solvent-like nature can disrupt the parasite’s protective layers, causing them to die off or be forced out through the body’s natural detoxification pathways. The inclusion of sugar, though counterintuitive to many detox philosophies, is a strategic choice in this context. Parasites, particularly intestinal worms and protozoa, feed on sugars and will actively seek it. This makes the sugar-turpentine mixture particularly lethal — a bait and kill mechanism.

Warning: Only use 100% pure gum spirits of Turpentine. Industrial turpentine or mixed solvents should be avoided. We have the Turpentine Essential Oil in store, and online. Begin with small doses and monitor the body’s response. Detox symptoms can include headaches, fatigue, rashes, nausea, and digestive discomfort. Increase hydration, liver support with milk thistle and one of the binders such as Bentonite Clay to help manage die-off reactions. Do not exceed the recommended amount, and do not use long term without breaks. Avoid if pregnant, breastfeeding, or with serious medical conditions unless under professional guidance.

Oregano Oil Essential Oil

Oregano Essential Oil has been the subject of numerous scientific investigations for its antimicrobial, anti-fungal, and anti-parasitic properties. At the heart of its efficacy is a powerful phenol compound called carvacrol, which typically makes up 60–80% of high-grade oregano essential oil. Carvacrol has been shown in various studies to disrupt the cell membranes of pathogens, weakening their structure and leading to cellular death. Parasites such as protozoa, intestinal worms, and microscopic organisms — are particularly vulnerable to these actions. The oil also contains thymol, another phenolic compound that contributes to the destruction of harmful microorganisms by altering their metabolic function and compromising their internal stability. What sets oregano oil apart in the context of parasite cleansing is its broad-spectrum antimicrobial capability. Unlike conventional pharmaceuticals that may target one specific organism, oregano oil affects a wide range of invaders, including bacteria, yeasts, and parasites simultaneously, many of which coexist in the gut and contribute to biofilm formation. This is particularly important when addressing parasitic infections, which often involve complex microbial ecosystems that resist conventional treatment. Its potency also lies in its ability to penetrate biofilms, the mucosal layers or microbial communities that protect parasites and pathogens from elimination. By disrupting these biofilms, oregano oil exposes the parasites, allowing the immune system or other antimicrobial agents to attack them more effectively. The oil’s natural volatility ensures that it can reach deep into tissues, including areas of the digestive tract where parasites tend to embed. This makes it suitable not just for surface-level cleansing but for targeting embedded or persistent infections that may evade other treatments.

Take: 1–4 drops in a carrier oil (Olive is best) or capsule, taken 1–3 times daily. Strong and requires dilution. Take it for short bursts of 10–14 days recommended due to its potency.

Berberine

Berberine is an isoquinoline alkaloid with broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity, including against protozoa like Giardia and Entamoeba. It interferes with the parasite’s ability to adhere to host cells and damages its DNA. We have it in supplement form at the site, the typical use is for cellular health and longevity.

Take 500mg two to three times daily. Often used in combination with other antimicrobials. Take from 4 – 28 days. Warning: Can cause gastrointestinal upset and should be cycled. Not for use in pregnancy.

C60 Charcoal

Hardwood Charcoal is rich in C60, providing your body with a potent defence against oxidative stress. More importantly in this case it adsorbs parasite waste, ammonia, mycotoxins, and die-off biotoxins. It helps reduce bloating, gas, and digestive irritation that often flare up during cleanses. C60 may reduce oxidative stress generated during the immune and die-off response. The difficult thing in this program is fitting all these into a day, as you should take away from other supplements (2–3 hours) to prevent interference.

Take: 3 – 4 capsules with filtered water last thing at night.

Bentonite Clay

Bentonite clay has a negative charge that attracts positively charged toxins, including parasite debris, chemicals, and even some pathogens. It’s a gentle intestinal binder that sweeps the gut of toxins and biofilm residues without harshness. Bentonite Clay can support the removal of heavy metals or pesticide residues that may accompany parasitic infections. It may help in healing leaky gut caused or worsened by parasites. Stay well hydrated to prevent constipation.

Take 1 teaspoon in 8 oz water, let it sit for 10–15 minutes, and drink on an empty stomach.

Topical / Oral Hacks

Castor Oil
Castor Oil is like Apple Cider Vinegar, it literally could be a choice in every guide for every health issue. In the case of parasite cleansing here, applying Castor Oil to the abdomen with heat stimulates lymph flow, bile release, and smooth muscle contraction, all essential for expelling parasitic matter from the gut and liver. Particularly useful for flukes and biofilm busting. I would suggest you do it before an enema, it will make it more effective. As alone you could do it 2 – 4 times per week during parasite cleanses. But definitely do it before an enema to get the best out of doing something which isn’t exactly fun, the less you have to do the better right.

Oil Pulling
Swishing coconut or sesame oil in the mouth for 10–20 minutes pulls microbial and parasitic waste from the oral-lymphatic junction. The oral cavity is one of the richest biofilm reservoirs in the body. You’re disposing of a toxic load. Consider adding clove oil or myrrh for an extra anti-parasitic effect. This is an ancient practice in India, it works, it’s easy to perform too and very supportive along this journey. We sell this using Coconut as the oil, you’ll find a load of info on the page and in-depth guidance. I can simplify by saying do it a few days a week during and after the program.

Powerful Hacks

Powerful Hacks

These are powerful, non-ingestible methods that can support the elimination of parasites, often overlooked even by seasoned practitioners. These approaches don’t rely on food, drink, or supplements, but instead operate via environmental manipulation, energy frequency, temperature extremes, and neurological stimulation. These are hardcore hacks for those serious about reclaiming biological sovereignty. I want you to look into each deeply, I’m just giving you a briefing, if you have time try one during the protocol.

Bioelectric and Frequency Devices – Zappers, Rife Machines)

Parasites have a unique electromagnetic signature. Devices like the Hulda Clark Zapper or Rife machinesemit pulsed frequencies that match the vibratory range of specific pathogens, causing them to rupture or become immobilised (think “frequency resonance destruction”). Royal Rife documented parasite and pathogen disintegration using frequency back in the 1930s. Modern iterations (e.g., Spooky2, GB4000) allow for programmable frequency sweeps targeting helminths, protozoa, fungi and bacteria. This is precision anti-parasite warfare for the electrically literate. Parasites hate coherence and structured frequency fields.

Hyperthermia (Infrared Sauna, Heat Shock)

Parasites have a limited heat tolerance. Raising core body temperature through intense sauna sessions (infrared or traditional) mimics fever states, which naturally drive parasites out of tissues into circulation where they can be eliminated. This also breaks down biofilms and improves detox pathways (lymphatic, hepatic, renal). Combine sauna with dry brushing, binders (post-session), and cold therapy for maximum lymphatic drainage.

Cold Water Immersion / Ice Baths

While not directly lethal to parasites, cold plunging rapidly activates the autonomic nervous system, boosts white blood cell production, enhances vagal tone, and increases circulation to internal organs. The nervous system shock can mobilise dormant parasite colonies into activity — making them more vulnerable to purging. Do cold plunges after frequency treatment or sauna to enhance immune priming and nervous system recalibration.

Biofilm Disruption via EMF & Sound

Some researchers and biohackers are exploring sonic vibration (e.g., subsonic bass tones, binaural beats in the gamma range) to shatter biofilms and interfere with parasite communication (quorum sensing). This is still emerging territory but shows promise, particularly when stacked with other methods. The devices you should look into for this method are Vibroacoustic therapy beds, PEMF mats, sound chambers. Think: “acoustic surgery”. I must say I haven’t tried these for this purpose, I have tried a PEMF mat years ago, with no issues at all I had no real goal to using one, just the experience. I am currently using the Odem Home in my house, I am convinced by its efficacy, we also have the Work one at Ancient Purity. Read about it more at the site.

Neural Rewiring / Trauma Release

The more I write these Guides the more I realise, it’s Mind, Body and Spirit on everything. You bring everything into balance. Parasites are opportunistic and thrive in chronically dysregulated nervous systems (low vagal tone, high cortisol, poor gut motility). Somatic trauma therapy, breathwork, EMDR, or neurofeedback can reorganise the terrain so it’s less hospitable to parasitic colonies. If you’re always in fight-or-flight, your digestion is offline. No peristalsis = perfect parasite breeding ground.

Earthing & Structured Light Exposure

Direct contact with natural Earth (barefoot walking) recalibrates circadian rhythm and electron flow. Parasites are negatively affected by coherent biological rhythms and natural EMF fields (Schumann Resonance). Red and UV light exposure (sunrise/sunset) triggers melatonin and repair enzymes that suppress parasitic gene expression. Do grounding, either barefoot walking or one of the sheets we have, get sunlight, do some breathwork post sauna. This is a complete nervous system and mitochondrial recalibration.

Structured Light Exposure

Fasting & Dry Fasting… Starving the Intruders

Honestly few tools are as profound, ancient, and brutally effective as fasting and dare I say it but particularly dry fasting, the most advanced of all metabolic interventions. While herbal protocols, anti-parasitic compounds, and bioelectrical treatments are incredible, it is fasting that strikes at the root: depriving parasites of their substrate, dismantling their strongholds, and shifting the body’s terrain in a direction utterly inhospitable to their existence. Fasting and dry fasting expel parasites, disrupt their biofilms, unmask hidden infections, and recalibrate immune dominance. This is not housewife folklore; it is high-level physiological warfare.

Intermittent & Prolonged Fasting – The First Offensive

Fasting starves the host, not just the guest. But unlike you, parasites cannot adapt well to fat-based metabolism. The switch from glucose to ketones deprives them of their preferred fuel and weakens them systematically. Next fasting induces autophagy, the body’s cellular recycling programme. Damaged or infected cells are broken down and repurposed. Parasites hiding within cells (e.g. protozoa) are exposed during this cleanup. This is especially relevant for Intracellular parasites (e.g. Toxoplasma, Giardia) Fungi and moulds that rely on dead cellular debris. Gut motility increases during fasting. The migrating motor complex (MMC), active only in the fasted state, sweeps the digestive tract clean, dislodging microbial colonies and biofilms. Digestive rest enables immune dominance. 70% of immune activity is in the gut. Without food constantly entering the system, the body has energy to launch a coordinated immune response against invaders.

Typical Protocol:

Begin with 16:8 intermittent fasting daily.
Progress to 24–48 hour water fasts weekly.

Dry Fasting – Thermonuclear Terrain Reset

Dry fasting (no food, no water) is the apex modality in the parasitic cleanse toolkit. It is not for the faint-hearted, but for seasoned practitioners or those under guidance, it is a tool of radical regeneration. I recommend the book on dry fasting by August Dunning. But in short, in the absence of water, the body generates it internally via metabolic reactions — called endogenous water production. To fuel this, the body targets the most toxic and damaged cells, often host to parasites and biofilm colonies. Parasites are composed primarily of water and rely on your hydration to survive. Dry fasting directly dehydrates them, causing structural collapse. Studies suggest dry fasting induces autophagy 2–5x more intensely than water fasting. All weak tissue is broken down. The immune system is effectively rebooted. Biofilms, the mucosal strongholds of parasites, begin to dissolve in the absence of fluid intake and mucosal repair. This unmasks entire colonies.

The Strategic Implementation of Dry Fasting

Begin with intermittent dry fasts (12–16 hours) to train metabolic flexibility.
Progress to 24-hour dry fasts under supervision.
Advanced health loons… 36–72 hour soft dry fasts, where one avoids all intake but maintains hygiene.
Hard dry fasting (no contact with water at all) is extremely advanced and should only be pursued with serious experience or clinical supervision.

IMPORTANT: Dry fasting should never be performed during active infection with fever or while on pharmaceutical drugs. Always break the fast with structured water and remineralisation (e.g. Celtic sea salt, lemon water). Read the book or watch some videos of other people that have done it, do not jump into this next Monday. Which I did once.

Also here are some signs you’re detoxing parasites during fasting, sudden bursts of irritability or fatigue, crawling skin or itching, foul-smelling stools or gas, stringy mucus or visible worms in stool, increased urination or odorous sweat, shifts in dreams or intrusive thoughts (nervous system purge). Fasting, particularly dry fasting, is not simply abstinence — it is a calculated assault on parasitic and pathogenic life forms. It is the primordial reset button embedded in human biology, a ritual long understood by ancient systems and now validated by science. It restructures terrain, shifts your metabolic axis, and renders you inhospitable to the parasitic underworld. I’ll warn again, this is not wellness fluff. This is biological warfare, using your own body’s intelligence to do what pharmaceuticals and powders often cannot: eradicate the intruders, and restore sovereign health from the inside out.

Enemas

Enemas are a critical and often underutilised tool in advanced parasite cleansing protocols, particularly for those engaged in fasting, herbal parasite detoxes, or candida and biofilm dismantling. While enemas are commonly dismissed as old-fashioned or uncomfortable, serious health renegades and practitioners of terrain-based medicine recognise their powerful role in detoxification, parasite elimination, and gut restoration. Here’s a comprehensive breakdown of how enemas work, why they’re essential for parasite cleansing, and the most strategic types to use. Enemas allow for the physical removal of parasites, eggs, mucus, and biofilm residue from the colon. This is especially relevant after herbal or fasting protocols that weaken or dislodge these organisms. Without enemas, many remain lodged in the bowel, releasing die-off toxins, ammonia, and neurotoxins, which can reabsorb into the bloodstream, a process called auto-intoxication.

Many intestinal parasites lay eggs in the colon lining. If these are not flushed out regularly, they hatch and restart the cycle. Enemas disrupt this, especially if done daily during cleansing phases, preventing re-infestation. The colon is a drainage funnel for liver bile, lymphatic waste, and dead pathogens. If congested, it backs up into the system. Enemas keep this channel open, especially useful after coffee enemas, which stimulate the liver to dump toxins. Enemas work without taxing digestion, delivering substances directly to the colon where parasites reside. This is critical when fasting, as you avoid disrupting ketosis or triggering digestive processes. There are multiple options for types of enemas for parasite cleansing. I’ll list them all but my personal choice is the coffee enema. Here you can purchase your Home Enema Kit.

Water Enema (Base Flush): Use warm, distilled water to perform a basic flush. It hydrates the colon, softens impacted waste, and preps the terrain for medicinal enemas.

Salt Enema: A hypertonic solution (I recommend Celtic Sea Salt in warm water) draws out parasites osmotically. Use 1 teaspoon of salt per litre of warm water.

Coffee Enema: My option but not for the faint-hearted. Caffeine absorbed rectally dilates the liver’s bile ducts and triggers glutathione production, flushing toxins and parasite waste rapidly. Use only organic, lightly roasted enema-grade coffee. Never use instant or regular drinking coffee. Coffee enemas are best done after parasite-killing protocols or during fasting. I’ll explain at the end more.

Garlic Enema: Garlic contains allicin — a potent antiparasitic compound. Crush 2–3 cloves, steep in warm water, strain well, and use. Effective against worms, protozoa, and yeast. May cause temporary cramping or die-off.

ACV or Lemon Enema: Mildly acidifies the colon, disrupting parasite-friendly pH. Can break down mucus and biofilm layers. Use 1–2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar or lemon juice per litre of warm water.

Turpentine or Oregano Enemas (Advanced Use Only): Honestly I don’t think I’m brave enough to even try this but people have and in extreme cases they may be needed. Both are potent antimicrobial and antiparasitic agents. Must be used diluted and cautiously, with professional guidance.

Protocol & Strategy

Yes I know 6 different enema options but the basic practice of doing one is the same, here is my recommendation

Timing: Best done first thing in the morning or after parasite-killing herbs/fasting. Avoid enemas right after meals.

Frequency: During active parasite cleanse, daily enemas for 7–14 days are typical. Maintenance: 2–3 per week.

Volume: 500ml–1L per session is sufficient for most people. High-volume enemas (up to 2L) may be used in colonics.

Temperature: Warm but not hot — around body temperature (37–39°C).

Aftercare

Rehydrate with electrolytes. Some practitioners also use probiotic suppositories or enemas post-cleanse to restore gut flora. Also I should point out there are symptoms that mean you’re successfully expelling parasites via enemas. Visual expulsion, stringy mucus, white rice-like specs, worms. Strong odour or unusual shapes in stool. Rapid improvement in brain fog or fatigue. Reduced bloating, better digestion. Itching, rashes, or Herxheimer symptoms post-enema

Many practitioners and protocol designers recommend combining these things in staggered or stacked formats. For example, the classic “Clark Trio” (black walnut, wormwood, clove) is often taken in cycles to target adult parasites, larvae, and eggs respectively. Advanced protocols may rotate compounds to prevent parasite adaptation and biofilm shielding. A common approach involves taking antiparasitic supplements in cycles of 10–14 days on, followed by 5–7 days off, to coincide with parasite lifecycles and reduce the risk of toxicity or resistance. Supplements that work mechanically like the Diatomaceous Earth are often continued throughout.

These tools, hacks, foods and supplements represent the core pharmacognostic arsenal in non-pharmaceutical parasite cleansing. While not all are equal in scope or intensity, each offers targeted mechanisms against specific parasite classes. The most effective protocols combine them with precise timing, appropriate dosing, and clinical insight based not on trends, but on results. So I’m not saying the following is the ultimate parasite cleanse, because there isn’t one, what I’m going to give is an example of a parasite cleanse. You can make your own, there is no perfect combination, a few things seem to be most effective together and I know those so I include them, then there’s the ease, time and likelyhood of you following it, I’ve been doing this since 2008 and getting people to follow a protocol for 3 days is hard. I believe what I will suggest works. So feel free to take all this info, create your own, build a website out of it, it’s ok, the days of copyright are over. Ultimately I want people to get well, live life, free from parasites, then we can get the parasites in the WEF and such out. I always go off topic, right, let’s remove these unwanted guests first.

See if you can fast to 1 meal a day, consider attempting a day dry fast or 2-3 days water fast.
Take a trip to the sauna but vitally important not on a fasting day.
Do an enema this week too – not on a day you did a dry fast.

Morning
Oil Pulling Practice
Once this week: Apply Castor Oil on to stomach – Castor Oil pack.
Perform any enema – must not be on fasting especially dry fasting day.
To be clear do the Castor Oil pack then the same day do the enema a few hours after, ideally water fast this day.

Before Bed – Every Night
5 Capsules of c60 Pure Hardwood charcoal.

Week 7
I would say you are now completely free of parasites, you could add in a days fast this week.
Optional would be to still do this for this week.

Morning upon waking: 1 tablespoon of Bentonite Clay in water
Night time before sleep: 4 Capsules of C60 Charcoal.

Parasite Cleanse

Well if you are checking back here after completing this, I’m so proud of you, you’re one of the real elites of the planet now. If you’re about to get started I wish you luck and strength, feel your way through this. There may be some side effects over these weeks, ride them out, if you feel bad or worried just stop eat take a break from everything. While most die-off symptoms are temporary and part of the cleansing process, watch for red flags….

  • Severe dehydration (from diarrhoea or vomiting)
  • Persistent fever or sharp abdominal pain
  • Extreme fatigue, dizziness, or chest pain
  • Signs of allergic reaction (swelling, difficulty breathing)

Break for a week – Repeat again

That would still be a million times better than most people, would give you a great result and more than likely make you 100% parasite free. Can you see my point now, take some things from this and make it for you. To truly ascend we must know ourselves, mind, body and spirit. Blessed Be, Tom
